Plan for which cohort you can join.

We've put the timings for each cohort below. Each cohort has a matching event - where Sherpas and Sherpees meet and can make a decision on who they'd like to be paired with. Each cohort also has a Graduation event, where Sherpas and Sherpees can all catch up, share stories and plan for the next stage of a Sherpee's career.

Joining a cohort assumes that you will be free for both of these two events.
